Wow. Cone here for the food and the beer. Had their experimental beer. Unique and tasty. Bison burger do good. Pulled pork again excellent. Apricot baked Camembert was a winner too. Try the ribs as well. Two thumbs up. Close to everything. Especially cherry festival which is when we were here. Good service. Go here!
Workshop of Taste. Four of us went here for dinner. My friend and I split 5 of their beers. They were alright, but nothing to rave about. The food is rave worthy. I had the BBQ sampler and it tasted so good in my mouth. The short braised ribs were so tender and delicious with its cherry bbq sauce. The chicken was similarly tender and juicy. Someone else got the Grilled Cheese, this sandwich was incredible, so incredible. My wife got the bison burger with egg, horseradish and pickled onions. So many good flavors. Service was also good. No A/C, but that seems to be a running theme in TC.
