One waitress, really?!. I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. Not so much with the food or the restaurant its self but with the management. Myself, my boyfriend and another couple of friends were there on the first day of the Cherry Fest. It was after the air show that we arrived. Shortly after we got there the waitress came to our table and told us that she was the only waitress they had for the patio because no one showed up for work that day. I felt bad for her and was upset that management hadn’t over staffed! As we sat there waiting for food and drinks we saw about 20 different people get up and leave. The Cherry Fest is a huge deal and management should have known better that they were going to be busy that day.

I never complain about restaurants but I had a bad experience at The Yard. The service was terrible and the food was alright. I paid $10 for chicken strips and it didn’t even come with fries. I asked what happy hour was and the waiter said that wines were $3 so I got a wine and it ended up being $7 because that wine wasn’t the special. If the special was $3 why would I get a $7 wine? It also took forever to order our dinner. Probably will never go back.
