We were looking for other dining options outside the downtown area. This is a great location and especially if you are into the art. Located in the lower level of the commons along with the shops is this restaurant with intimate dining room. We arrive early for our first visit and had an opportunity to walk around and see some of the art work in the hall way. That is an experience by itself. When our table was ready, they do change the menu with what is available from the local area. There were some non traditional appetizer available for the daring. The pig testa do sound interesting. We did skip the appetizer and order drinks from their expensive drinks list along with the pork chop and scallop entree. Both entree were perfectly prepare and the vegetable sides were delicious. Both dishes had a unique twist that you would see on other trendy restaurants.Along with the great food was the service staff. Very attentive and never had us waiting. We did enjoy our experience this evening. It would be great to have their evening menu on the Internet so potential patrons can see what is being offered each evening.
