Pleasantly surprising, from the shady Chinese buffet demeanor to their intimidating decor expense wise you would expect nothing less than what you get from a vast majority of Asian American establishments, which is the cold shoulder and superior attitude. I sat at the sushi bar and the guys behind it actually interacted with me, asked my favorite fish and suggested a roll. Now I know my sushi and they suggested a good one so I tried their version. It was spot on, one of the best I have had. Oddly enough the wasabi stood out to me. They do their own thing here. Don’t shy away from this place.

Yummy!. I was wanting sushi the other day and stopped here as I passed by. So glad I did. The menu was huge! The fish in the sushi case looked very fresh. I ordered a Maui roll, a Brett Roll, and 3 pices of Tuna Sushi. When i got home and started eatting i was so happy. The rolls were delicious and the tuna was the freshest I’d ever had. I will be going back to this place often, it is my new favorite restaurant!

Just moved to the area and tried this sushi place and was not impressed. I am a fan of sushi and this was nothing special. Tuna rolls were not fresh and oddly warm.. Service was nice, but if your looking for good sushi I wouldn’t recommend this place. Although they did have good dessert:)

Overpriced. Fish did not taste fresh nor rice.

I had the mussels and surf and turf roll. Both were different, but that’s what I wanted. I absolutely loved everything. I tried some of the veggie bento box. I loved it! Tried some Maui roll, spicy tuna roll, and so many other things and everything was great! The coconut drink they made was awesome too! We went there on a Friday night at 8. I can’t believe that place wasn’t busier! Get the word out. I would most definately go back!

Great lunch prices. Soup and sushi was good.

Best Japanese Food in Troy!. You wouldn’t think a sushi restaurant in a strip mall with Wal-Mart would be any good. But I was proved wrong a few years ago. They have delicious maki rolls, fresh nigiri and sashimi. Their ginger dressing salad is a great addition to any meal. Cloth napkins at dinner, ambient lighting and fancy glasses for your water. Try their Hamachi Kama, it’s inexpensive and very tasty!
