Food is always good! Drinks are always delicious as well. Recently I went there for my birthday to get my free up $15 off a entree…….my chicken was raw and they gave me a whole new meal and comped the whole price of both which exceeded the $15 off. A manager came to the table as well to apologize and sent me with a $25 Gift Card to use at another time. I love this restaurant and they truly understand customer service!!
Awsome Resturant!. I go to Houlihan’s whenever I get a chance! I’m always impressed with the food and the service when I go there. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
Yum!. I went to Houlihans for my birthday because I was sent a coupon for a complimentary entree. My mother and I had the firecracker shrimp meatloaf and pot roast. All were very tasty and the service was good. my husband and I love their chicken nachos. Prices aren’t bad and happy hour specials are pretty good!!

I went to Houlihans the other day and I was not pleased with the service. I asked to sit a booth that was completely open and the hostess said no because she sat someone in that servers section already, which I don’t think she needed to share with me, I was the customer and she should make the customer happy and I’m sure the servers could work around 2 people being seated in a different section. I found the salad portions to be little and when I asked for extra dressing the waitress gave me a tiny cup only half full. My experience wasn’t great but the brownie fudge sunday was delicious!
Tried it, won’t be back. After frequenting the Minnesota establishments which did actually produce a nice HH with great food and drink specials we decided to give this one a try after relocating to Lansing.Stopped in for HH at the bar late night, the bar was packed and it was so loud you couldn’t even hear yourself talk to the person across from you, when asked to be seated outside the bar due to the rowdiness and noise they declined to offer us the HH discounts so we stayed in the bar.The appetizers were sub par at best as was the plating, we were there 2 hours and never got a refill for my gf and I was never asked if I wanted a 2nd cocktail.Too many turn offs to go back.
Gave it two chances, pathetic. We went twice, and both times they messed up my order, service was rude to non-existent, and the were completely flumoxed that a table might need both a high chair, and a booster seat. Sad. We won’t be back.
