Rude Owner. The guy calling it HIS cafe said I could not park in the handicap spot even with a proper permit as he needed it for his delivery van and would have my car towed if I did park there. Now If I was willing to be a customer of his cafe he would give me a sticker for my car to keep it from being towed. I will never step foot in that man’s place!!!
