A unique place.. Rascals seems to be able to mix that nice local pub and one of those nicer, high end places feel together under one roof. The food has always been good and isn’t too expensive and the menu is broad. I can’t say that I go there a lot, but it’s certainly one of the places that’s in the mix of places I am a repeat customer at.
