Disappointing. Poor and slow service. Too expensive.
Poor service, uninformed waitress who couldnt be bothered and food was barely ok- for price- wont be back!
I admire the idea of local cuisine, but it must be thoughtfully prepared to properly execute. The prices we reasonable, there were large portions (maybe too large). I wasn’t particularly impressed with the duck dish I ordered or the clientele with which I dined.
Gross!. My boyfriend and I ate here on July 27th. The food was absolutely disgusting. I got the Chicken Alfredo and was not like any other Alfredo I have had before. The best way to describe it was like brown gravy on noodles, not like Alfredo Sauce. My boyfriend said that his beef jerkey and potato chips he had earlier tasted better than his steak and potatoes. The $31 steak was very hard to chew and not tender at all and he said the jerkey was easier to chew than the steak. The waitress only checked on us one time. She didn’t seem to have a personality either. Very mono tone and didn’t seem to be wanting to work. As for eating there, I would never recommend it to anyone and will never eat there again! Not at all worth our while to go there or worth the money we spent. The only thing we were satisfied with was the glass of milk and the beer.
Good Food, ok service. This was a treat for us coming in from Bay Lake where we stayed for the week. The brick oven pizza’s are great. Don’t bother with the tempura style onion rings and root vegetable appetizer. Service was poor….waitress paid little attention to us for a restaurant of this price caliber. I think it was $110.00 for 5 of us, which is not bad for a gourmet meal….I just don’t feel that the food reflects the prices here.
I live the mission of the chef and when the kitchen is having a good night, this place is incredible. Sometimes it can be a little unpredictable though. Its great when its good, its ok when its not.
Overpriced and Poor Service. We love to go out to eat, but will probably pass on this restaurant in the future. I couldn’t believe how poor the service was. My food was OK…nothing really special, but the prices made it seem like we would be getting a great meal. Not so. We also had to pay $2 to share a meal. I’ve only heard of fancy restaurants doing that – not a local type restaurant. I thought that was pretty cheap to tack that on.
