The pizza here is really good but the restaurant of late has been poorly run. I think they’ve just gotten too busy and can’t handle it very well. They don’t deliver so everything is take out. But when you walk in the door, most of the time nobody will acknowledge your existence. There are usually a couple of people wandering around aimlessly neither answering the phone nor waiting on someone at the register. There are people inside waiting for their pizza, getting frustrated, especially when they hear them tell a person on the phone that their order will be done in 20 or 30 minutes while theirs was already 20 minutes later than promised. Pizza is very good (especially the chicken bacon ranch) but the east side Blaine location is just incompetent for order taking. Maybe try the West side or other locations.
