Very disappointing – the quality of the ice cream is average at best. Very thin and icy, more like ice milk. There are many better places to get great ice cream in the Twin Cities. Don’t bother coming here!

Hey i love the big Dipper it has such great flavors my mom sister and brothers love it to! And its not far from me and it has cheap prices I can afford :).
No more worries. I am lactose intolerant so I was a bit skeptical but with some encouragement I tried Big Dipper ice cream. To my surprise I had no reaction. I have been buying Big Dipper ice cream now since the summer they opened. I’m enjoying the one place in the Twin Cities that serves up a scoop or two of ice cream with no worries.
We love Big Dipper Ice Cream! Loads of homemade ice cream at very affordable prices. The employees are very friendly and patient while our Kids try and choose from one of the many flavor choices. You MUST visit here!
