The portion sizes were extremely small.Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. My fries were cold and the grits tasted horrible. When I complained about the portion sizes they did nothing. When I complained about the grits tasting bad they simply took it off my tab and refused to allow me to order anything else even if I paid the difference in price. They then kicked me out of the restaurant for politely complaining about the quality and portion sizes.I used to work at this place 8 years ago and I thought it was bad then. No it’s way worse now.The owner Corey burstad replaced half his kitchen staff with illegal immigrants in 2010. I swore I’d never step food in the place again but to my regret I did and its worse now than it was then.I cant believe the waiter would have the audacity to boot a paying customer out of the restaurant because I was disappointed with the portion sizes and quality. It’s simply overpriced crap you can get anywhere else.
Beautiful food in a dark wood and brick environment. Upscale American offerings with sandwiches $10-15 and entrees $15+. Tried the Brickle which is a fried spin on the Pickle Dog. It was very good and a welcome change from the norm. Also sampled were the Deviled Eggs. BEAUTIFUL presentation, but eggs were chewy and over-cooked and the flavor got a team thumbs down from my family. Next up, Korean BBQ Sandwich. Even after dipping in the au jus all I could taste was the serrano peppers. The bread it was served on was delicious crunchy tender however. Accompanying fries were frustratingly mostly smaller bits. Home made ketchup didnt thrill me or my family. B. L. A. T. – Too much bread by double. Otherwise, just a regular BLAT. Nothing special. Unfortunately, the outting was dissapointing enough that we wont be back nor can I recommend.

Disappointed. My wife decided to try Bricks out for Easter brunch. Big let down. The new building and our waitress was nice. The brunch reminded me of a low end hospital cafeteria food. Everything brought out was cool to cold. I would have to say the shrimp cocktail was average. The shrimp cocktail sauce was hienz 57! Not very good. The brunch eggs were scrambled. And no other egg selection. I figured eggs Benedict would have been on there brunch. I expected much more!We also experienced about 20% of our glasses, dishes and silverware dirty with dried food on them.Hopefully they will read these reviews and fix there issues. I think Bricks could be really good! But until I start seeing some good reviews. We’ll not be visiting them again!
