Fine dining at reasonable prices. See photos. It tasted even better than it looks. The business crowd is gone on weekends so this is the place for us locals to experience fine dining at a reasonable price on Friday and Saturday nights. Decor is trendy and cozy. Staff is exceptional in every way from the waitress to the management. I was so happy that they had my favorite Sauvignon Blanc. Their cocktails are generous and come in a great highball glass. This is a hidden gem just off 494 & France.

Excellent meal.. I was in Minneapolis this weekend for a concert with my friend. We stayed at the Hilton Bloomington. The ChopHouse is inside the hotel. Our first meal here was breakfast. We both had bacon and eggs. Everything was great. The service was wonderful as well. The waitress was very helpful when we asked her about things to do in Minneapolis and how to get around. The food was a little pricy for bacon and eggs, but thats expected at hotels. I would eat here for breakfast again for sure. We also went to the ChopHouse for dinner before our concert. The service was once again excellent. $12.00 for a glass of wine is a bit much, but it was a pretty good size glass, and the wine was good! Our food was AWESOME. I have to say that this is probably the best meal I have ever had. I got the steak and asparagus and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked perfect and the portions were just the right size. It is expensive here, but it was worth it. I woud eat here again and reccomend it to anyone.

A wonderful dining experience. Great food and great service. The Raw Bar sampler, Chophouse salad and Dry Aged Strip were mouth watering good. Paired with some great wine and friends.

Fine Dining Price, NOT fine dining service. The service was terrible to say the least. The food was a bit below par for the price. The rude and inattentive waitress pretty much ruined the whole experience. We weren’t the only ones in our area that got bad service, and this place wasn’t at all busy. If I’m paying for fine dining I better get fine dining service and food. The food is 90% there but the service is about 5% there.I would definitely not recommend this place.

Great food! Had chicken and the filet steak with the three cheese potatoes as side… Faboulous! Service… Not so much! Never got our second drink order or water refill after we received our food. Don’t know if we’d go back because of it.

Great meal and service. The Friday night wine lottery made a great bottle of wine a geat deal. Great helpful service, great food, would recommend.

Hidden little gem. Don’t miss this great little tucked-away gem in the Hilton on 494 and France! Admittedly difficult to find due to its lack of signage and virtually zero advertising, thus place is totally worth the drive to Bloomington. Best rib eye I’ve ever had – puts all the surviving-on-their-name places to shame. Specials menu has been a homerun every time we’ve been, the herb hash browns were a fantastic alternative to plain old potatoes. Staff was outstanding! Handful of people swung by the table to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. The winelist is extensive but our darling waitress knew it well. Not to be missed!
