Poor food with even poorer service. Meals at the MOA tend to run in the 3 star range but I couldn’t rate Cadillac Ranch even that high. Our service was horrible with our waitress delivering the wrong drinks and then we never saw her again until she delivered the bill. My husband had to go to the bar to have the drink switched. Our food order came about 25 minutes after we ordered. The Ahi Tuna appetizer was good but the Texas Wings were way below average. My order of fish tacos was ok but only because I asked for the sauce on the side. They tend to be very heavy on the sauce.We had to wait 20 minutes after we finished eating to find anyone who could produce our bill.
A friend and I had lunch here before shopping at MOA! We loved all the great music playing, the service was fast and kinda. The food was delicious and the serving was pretty large!! I would definitely go again, their menu is huge!!
We chose to go to Cadillac Ranch despite the negative reviews. We walked into an empty hall and were greeted immediately and courteously by the two ladies there. We were escorted to our table without conversation. We were given large menus and settled in for a grand perusal. After wasting the first four pages on alcoholic beverages, we had to endure three pages of appetizers. We got to the main courses only to find the same item repeatedly listed with only meat changes. The menu held no variety or interest. We left within five minutes of being seated. We will NOT visit again.
Worst service ever… Went there for a quick bite, worst service ever encountered in the twin cities.. Food was not worthy of the inconvenience of such a poor customer service… beware of this place.
Overpriced ….. Certainly. I’ve had better steaks for far less. They had no idea what MR with extra char was on a bone-in ribeye but the Chef did okay with it. Can’t claim to be a steakhouse if you don’t know the best way to eat a steak. Appetizer arrived with the meal. Pathetic.
We went today for the first time and had great service from Evan. The food was good and we enjoyed the 80s music. We were there before it got busy on a late Saturday afternoon.
My boyfriend ad i had taken my sister and her boyfriend out for dinner. We waited 5 minutes to be seated, the waitress was nice about everything. We had noticed the manager out walking around and interacting with the other guests, I haven’t seen that in awhile. Overall, had a really good experience.
