Very large restaurant inside the Mall of America. The food here is just basic subsistence. The food is not bad but nothing special either. The decor is amusing but despite the theme has nothing to do with the actual Cadillac Ranch. The service was rather inattentive. We would not necessarily avoid recommending but we wont be returning.

I would never return. The entire experience was punctuated by over cranked music and had so much going on visually that it could make your head spin. My husband ordered a Mac and cheese and clam chowder. Both were mid-Line. My 2 Apple salad with spinach was limp from excessive dressing. Our server was so busy he was clearly stretched way too thin to properly care for all his tables. Just, no thank you. I’d have to kick up a fuss if someone asked to go there. No, please, not twice.
