Poor customer service. The older guy who works there argued that our online order didn’t say buffalo sauce for the wings, instead they sent french and blue cheese. When we offered to send him a copy of what the online order said he said it doesn’t matter either way he wasn’t going to make it right by refund, credit or bringing us the correct sauce. What a lack of customer service skills. Too bad our office of 400+ people will no longer order from your business.
