First off, it is a hotel restaurant. So every negative stereotype you would have about it applys. After waiting 5 minutes at the host stand, we walked over to the bar to ask to be seated. Upon being seated it took another 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge us. After the first acknowledgement our server did not return to take our order. We had to flag down the busser so that he could tell our waitress we were ready to order. A new server (who looked like the manager) came to take our order. She did not apologize for what had happened. We then waited 35 minutes for a salmon filet and lobster ravioli. The restaurant was not busy at all. The food quality was nothing special, and did not come anywhere near the prices that were being charged.
Terrible. Cutest place but after we were seated it turned into the twilight zone. Food was horrible service was worse. Had a $50 Groupon for $25 but it wasn’t even worth the $25. The other diners didn’t look pleased either. NEVER AGAIN!
