Bartender should find a new work, she obviously doesn’t like working at Cowboy Jacks Bloomington. Went there for Happy Hour today. I said hello to bartender, she didn’t say hello back. Paid cash, received beer, left dollar tip on bar and I watched soccer. During time I was enjoying beer, bartender didn’t greet anyone, didn’t smile, just did her JOB minus the personality. Ordered second beer, left $1 tip on bar, much the same. Bartender never acknowledged any of her customers in a friendly fashion. I then decided to grab my $2 in tips from my 2 beers and leave. ZERO tip for her or the crew. Oh, did I not mention I wanted food too but I never was offered a menu or really had a chance to ask for one as each time I ordered a beer she turned head and took off. Oh, bar wasn’t that busy – it was a Monday. I enjoy the ambience but service was horrible.
Horrible Food and Service. If I could give negative stars or zero I would. Went there for lunch today. The service was simply awful, the waitress was to lazy to move around the table to take orders she stood at one end and tried yelling to everyone over the much too loud speaker above the table. When serving she would not move she handed things across your face to the other people. The food was simply awful. Had the BBQ Chicken Sandwich. It was dry and chewy and tasted like cardboard. The bbq sauce was nothing special and tasted like a jar off of any supermarket shelf with some tabasco added in. Could not eat it nor did I have a chance to say anything because the waitress never checked how things were or get a refill of drinks.This place is not a place to go for food and should be avoided at all costs. If you want to drink until you fall down drunk, then go there. We will not be back again after such rude treatment.On the Bloomington Strip on a nice day for lunch and they are almost empty, there is a reason! BAD FOOD and BAD SERVICE with a POOR ATTITUDE!

The worst service ever, the food was mediocre at best. I think the cheese was a weak old. Find some place else.
Good food. Like the deal with the peanuts and dumping the shells on the floor. Desserts are good. Red Velvet Cheesecake and Pineapple Upside Down cake are a must.

Had the walleye fingers they were delicious portion could have been a little more for the cost. Ceasar salad had that from a bag smell.. wasn’t impressed there either. Fries were undercooked almost crisp. OH A FREE PEANUTS. My family has told me they have awesome wings and a great happy hour. A lot of popular LQ drinks on $2 each. A place to drink and maybe snack for cheap 3-6 & 10 -12.
