Cool place with cheap drinks but the food is awful and the restaurant is very dirty with the bathrooms being equivalent to outhouses. I have tried this place twice but I won’t return for food ever. Good drinks but that’s about it.
Me and 2 friends went to Jacks last night we were having a great time with a great band then my friend went outside to smoke, I went to the bathroom and my friend was dancing 1 foot away from our table and we had our drinks on the table and when we all came back to the table my friends drink that was full and my drink that was only half way was cleaned up. My friend was upset that his full drink was missing. He asked 3 different employees for another drink since his was taken and they just said oh well and they did not care. I think they should have given him a free drink since they cleaned up his full drink.
Bouncers suck. If you get harassed inappropriately by men here and want to address it with the bouncers to help step in and resolve the situation, they won’t. They will tell you to avoid that person even when that person is harassing, provoking the situation, and in your face. My particular situation is when a man touched me inappropriately and he bouncers didn’t do anything, specifically the bouncer With the beard. I think his name is Ryan. Just dumb…
