Probably some of the best Chinese cuisine I have ever eaten. The hot sour soup was great and I tried the Tiger Pork… incredibly thin strips of pork crispy cooked in savory plum sauce… great choice! My wife had the Walnut Chicken… also great. Hunan is high on my list of great places to eat in the Twin Cities.
One of the best lunch buffets. Top notch buffet for lunch and was only $7.50. Everything was very hot and fresh. Get there early as it was packed and had people waiting for tables. I’m looking for excuses to go to Bloomington this week.
Best chinese buffet in town. We recently tried Hunan after reading some good reviews. Please note that the dinner buffet is only on Friday and Saturday. Other reviews state it is small, which it is in comparison to other chinese buffets. But there was great selection – everything you want anyway without the fillers of other buffets. The walnut chicken is amazing!! All other meat entrees were excellent as well. Rice was pretty good, but the lo mein was not – had a funky taste. We will definitely be back considering all of the excellent entree items on the buffet. Dinner buffet is 9.95 and does not include a drink.
These guys are great! They know my regular order and can have it out within five minutes of walking in the door. Also super friendly. Highly recommended.
Great!!. My husband and I went this afternoon and really enjoyed the food. There was an abundance of fantastic dishes. The Spicey Chicken and Sesame Chicken were our favorites. We also really enjoyed Buddha’s Delight! It’s tough to maintain freshness when you have a buffet, but they definitely did. We will be back soon – esp because you can’t beat the low price!!
Nothing but Buffet. I work pretty close, so we have gone a number of times for the lunch buffet (which you are able to eat there or take to go). The place is usually pretty busy so, the food on the line is always fresh and hot. I always end up eating too much, which results in an unproductive afternoon.
Have been going here for many years. The food is always well prepared. The buffet is awesome but real foodies should try ordering from the menu. By far the best in town.
