We ate at masu on a Monday and we were promptly seated and greeted Ended up wait for our server who was obviously annoyed we had a baby with us. Ended up waiting too long for our wine and app. Then waited another thirty minutes until our food came. Only to have our server tell us it takes a while when we get busy. Btw. Three other tables occupied wouldn’t exactly qualify as busy. The sushi was good unfortunately the service was horrible and slow
The sushi was good. The water however tasted like it came from the aquarium downstairs
Average. We dined at Masu for the first time last night. The quality of the fish was very good with nice portions for nigiri. For rolls we shared the following:Poke – very bland and sourFive seasons – bland with a slight aftertasteSpicy Tuna roll – very bland and almost tasteless (which was strange as we had a tuna nigiri that was fantastic). I couldn’t detect ANY spiciness.Masu Roll – awesome and spicy but not as hot as the menu and waitress claimedWe also tried a skewer of 3 bacon wrapped quail eggs that were very good.The rolls are big on vegetable fillers and are very bland. Try the Masu Roll and nigiri.
A Great Evening. Jon was an excellent server. Personable, friendly, and kind. We ordered a sushi assortment plate and were delighted everything was fresh and . We had an excellent meal with probably the kindest waiter I have ever had. Thanks for the kimchee, it was quite good. I will certainly be back. Pleasantly surprised. 5 stars from me.

The ramen wasn’t to bad but a let down for the price. The music was annoyingly loud and the staff looked dumpy and unprofessional in their company t shirts and varied pants. Service was adequate for a mall restaurant. When I asked for an after dinner mint candy I was told I could grab a toothpick on the way out. What!?? We were a party of two for lunch. Busy mall but the restaurant wasn’t. Should of been my first clue.
Outstanding! service was great. rolls came out super fast. everyone was very friendly and informative. highly recommend.
