Great Food. I work at Minn Ctr I have for the Last five years,,,,given what Robert and Nick have to work with I think their foods is outstanding,,,,Great Soups Fresh Salads,Sandwichs made to order and served Hot,,,Usually Has a Carve Special at least 2 days a week ,,,,Best Italian Beef Sandwich west of Chicago,,Pizzas are thick Crust (yea they Changed),,,recently awarded a Letter of commidation From the Bloomington Board of Health,,,they also do some catering,,I recommend this place and I have the time and the money to eat anywhere I choose
Expensive for Poor Food. I used to work in the Minnesota Center so the Cafe was accessible especially during the winter when you did not want to leave the building. However, given the ‘quality’ of the food at the MN Cafe many would probably choose to brave the cold. It’s just soups and sandwhiches, very blah. They would have daily ‘specials’ that usually consisted of grilling one of their subpar sandwiches or pizza from under a heat lamp. If you don’t work in the MN Center, don’t go there. If you do work in the MN Center, go somewhere else.
