Be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait some more. The management team, headed by Nate Adams, understaffs servers. While you wait, your kids will start out having a good time and then get cranky because of how long your dining experience takes. If youre lucky, youll get a server name Jennifer Buntel.I brought my nephew and sister here for my nephews third birthday. After a 20 minute wait to get a table, we were seated. It took 15 more minutes before a server came near our table. Why? The GM and his team understaff servers during peak meal times. Jennifer was a great server, and I highly recommend her. I am vegan and gluten-free, and wanted their veggie burger. I had one simple question: did the veggie burger have breadcrumbs? Interestingly, the kitchen could not answer this question. Jennifer posed the question to the general manager, Nate Adams, and I waited. Almost a half an hour went by before I finally gave up and ordered a salad. Yes, it was my choice to wait that long. I saw someones burger and it looked amazing! I had a kale and quinoa salad, with a lemon vinaigrette dressing. It was tasty. Nate, the general manager, appeared at our table in the middle of our meal, saying he was there to answer a question we had. I stared at him in amazement, told him the story, and he dismissively said, Oh, sorry. Right. He walked away. I was there to celebrate my nephews birthday two weeks early (I couldnt attend his birthday party). I asked Jennifer if I would be charged for the cupcake and how much. She asked Nate the GM, who said yes. The $.99 I paid for the cupcake mustve been really important to him. Our server was so amazed at his response, she paid for our cupcake. Our dining experience took so long that my nephew got cranky and tried escape from his highchair. A similar scene was happening at the tables around us. We finally got our check, paid and left.My nephew really enjoys this restaurant, so Im sure Ill return when I next visit Minneapolis. Now I know I need 2 to 3 hours and infinite patience to return here.

Exciting place for the family to go and be in the ambiance of a jungle environment with all the animals moving around you while you eat. Fajitas were ok and nacho serving was huge/loaded up but essentially a nacho plate as expected. Food was fresh and hot and service was friendly, but not much more to comment on.
