The Radisson’s restaurant makes some awesome steaks. Had their steak for dinner and it was so good, I decided to have steak and eggs for breakfast the next day. I ordered a side of wild rice because Minnesota wild rice is so good. Service is great and I definitely recommend eating here.
The service here was absolutely horrible. Not did we have to wait close to 10 minutes for our server to actually come to our table, but then she brought our drinks to the wrong table, forgot things repeatedly and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our check after asking two different people for it. We finally had to go find a manager and ask them to just check us out so we could leave. The food was over priced and not very flavorful. The restaurant was not busy at all and all the tables were just sitting and waiting. The atmosphere and amenities were nice but I would never again return. And the best part was that we were not the only ones having trouble. I highly recommend making the extra effort to leave the hotel for a meal. This restaurant obviously doesn’t value customer service since they know they are the only option for hotel guests.

My blue cheese and bacon burger had no flavor. Hubby said his burger was edible but nothing to rave about. Desert was served with cookies out of a box…. Skip it and order elsewhere! Minneapolis has a million great places to eat!
