Tried the Cuban burger when the Skillet first opened and it was excellent. I have had good breakfasts also. My last trip (4/10/15) was a disappointment. We ordered two Cuban burgers. They were not at all juicy, the pork was old and tough and the ham was discolored.
GET THE DESSERT OF THE DAY. I don’t care what the dessert of the day is or if you normally like it. Just get it, and I guarantee it’ll be amazing!!! I HATE cooked blueberries, but I got blueberry crumble on day and it just about changed my life!

Yum. We stopped on a whim and were rewarded with a greatr breakfast, reasonably priced (cheap almost!) and really friendly staff. Fabulous cornedbeef hash, homemade bread and biscuits. We even splurged for a slice of cheesecake…fluffy, rich, and a great crust. It is a very small, but clean little gem, and we’ll be back!
Mom and Pop vibe. It has a mom and pop vibe because it’s a mom and pop place. No faking that. This is the real deal.Try the Cuban burger or the Corned Beef Hash. And the pie. And the soup.Hell, just try it all, it’s great.

Delicious. We went there to try it one night as it is close to the house, we have been back two more times, once a week. The food is amazing home cooked food. The staff is friendly and the service is great. It isn’t often all three of us agree on where to eat. Just wish they served dinner on more nights lol.
