The customer service is horrible. I walked in and no one greeted me and no one seated me too. I ordered some pho and my girlfriend ordered some fried rice and spring rolls. The pho barely had any meat, not to mention it was very watery. The spring rolls were hard as if they were a few days old and my girlfriends fried rice wasn’t fried, it was burned. So we asked to get new fried rice and the lady gave us an attitude, like it was our fault the rice was burned. Then she started yelling in her language. It definitely felt like she was talking about us. Over all the customer service is horrible. The newly cooked fried rice was alright. The meat in my pho was skimpish. I’m never coming here again. If you want real vietnamese food or Chinese food do your self a favor and take another 5 minutes to drive down the street.
Worst customer service. No hello. I walked in to get a sandwich and being my first time there too, I asked the lady behind the counter what type of ban mi sandwiches they have and she gave me a look and pointed at the menus behind me. After I looked at the menu over I waited for a couple minutes before she helped me. And even when I ordered the special sandwich she pojnted to the two already made sandwi sitting on the counter. She didnt offer to gran the sandwich or out it in a bag. Worst customer service ever!
Wonderful food and service. worth every cent. The staff is friendly same goes for the owners. When I walk I, they know what I want and how I want it. Unless I tell them otherwise, but they always ask.
Food is not good here. Their Vietnamese sandwich sucks, Pho is not all the best, and all their other dishes are okay. I say if you want some really vietnamese and thai food try Vietnam House and Sweet Basil or Lemon Grass in Brooklyn Park. Also be careful at Hiep Thanh for they will charge you additional for extra stuff you didn’t order or charge you extra for using their credit card machine. I noticed it within two visits once I started requesting for a receipt. Another thing to consider is they have bad customer service.
