  Muy Muy Bien!!. I did a Google search for authentic Mexican food in the Brooklyn Park area and found Fiesta Cancun and am happy to say I’ve found my new favorite restaurant!! I placed an order to go and randomly picked a few things off the menu that sounded tasty. I ordered the cheese enchilada combo platter with rice and beans, beef crunchy tacos, and the Plato Veracruz (shrimp, mushrooms, and onion with Mexican cheese). I was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes, which had me a bit worried as I wondered how good and fresh the food could be with only 10 minutes of prep time. I arrived to pick up my order (about 6:00 on a Saturday evening) and was promptly greeted by several friendly staff. I paid the $25 for my food and was immediately brought out a piping hot order. The employee double checked my order with the receipt and realized my tortillas were missing. I would not have realized the error until I got home, at which point I would’ve just had to go without. Awesome service! When I got home and ate, my food was still hot and the portions were very large! $25 will barely get my family a few meals at McDonalds…so this was an amazing value. Last but not least, the food was very tasty! Great flavor, fresh product, real Mexican cheeses, large shrimp, and even the rice and beans were so yummy and not at all runny. Fiesta Cancun has definitely hit it on the head! I will be returning for some dine in Happy Hour service and to try a few more menu items. They have found a loyal customer in me!

  Pleasantly Surprised. Whenever I visit family in Eagan Minnesota, we HAVE to go to Don Pablos. This visit we did not go there because we went to your newest restaurant instead. The food was FANTASTIC. so was the service. Looking forward to my next visit. Sure wish you would open up a location in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada as there are no Mexican restaurants that can beat the deliciousness of your food.

  Three Cheers For Fiesta Cancun. Was Quite Pleased with this Restaurant. Food has a very authentic feel and taste. They start you off with chips and salsa as so many Mexican restaurants do. Chips hot and fresh, and salsa very good. I had the combo platter of Tamal, Burrito and Enchilada with rice and beans. The sauce and meat had great depth of flavor, and the cheese was that really good mexican cheese. Rice and beans also as good as it gets. Also the food was very hot and stayed hot the whole meal, unlike some Mexican places your food gets cold soon after its is served. Excellent all around. The waitstaff was friendly and fast. The decor was charming.
