Website. We haven’t tried the caf yet, we wanted to look at the menu first. However, your website is so bad nothing came up. No pictures nothing. You need to fix this ASOP. I don’t know if we will just drop in. It would have made our choice better if we were able to look at the menu.

Used to be good, has gone way downhill.. I’ve been here many times in the past few years and while the food was never spectacular it was decent and the service was good. The last few times I’ve been there the quality of the food has slipped and the service has been nothing short of terrible. It would be nice to have a decent sports bar nearby but from now on I’ll drive a little extra distance to get better food and service.
Philly what?. I had the over priced philly beef. it was not good, served with a cajun mayo??? the fries were the only saving grace of this meal. this was hands down the worst excuse for philly beef ever. service was barely acceptable. they need to learn the meaning of service industry.
Terrible place! Don’t go! (Brooklyn Park location). I was in last weekend (at Brooklyn Park location) and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I was out on the patio and waited quite some time before the waitress came over to our table. She was waiting on other tables, completely ignoring ours, and then would go stand behind the bar while we were waiting to put in an order for drinks. She finally came over and we ordered our drinks. They too took a while to get. In the meantime she continued to help other tables as she ignored ours. The people sitting next to us had to go up the patio bar and get their own menu. They became so frustrated that they left. We ordered our food and a drink. My drink never came so my boyfriend went up to the bar to get it. And again it took the waitress a very long time to get us our bill. Once we got it we saw that they had charged me for the drink she never brought me. When my boyfriend brought that to her attention she was really questioning him about it and did not really believe him. She did finally take it off the bill. I decided to mention something to the manager and he really had no concern about our unhappy experience. I was really disappointed how he handled it, especially because he was a manager. My boyfriend and his friends go there often and have not had that bad of service before. But after that experience they will not be returning. I would not recommended this restaurant to anyone.
Chips TOO SALTY. If you order a burger or sandwich, order the fries instead of the chips. The chips are coated with a seasoning that is unbearable to eat. They are so salty! Please Mad Jack’s, get plain Kettle Chips instead of the seasoned ones. I did not make me buy another drink, it made me taste them and leave the rest in the basket!
Overpriced. Paid nearly $15 for an app and a drink.
