Good, not great. A smallish but nice, clean restaurant with a pretty complete menu of Vietnamese food located in a strip mall. I tried their pho tai and cha gio (Vietnamese egg rolls), both were good, though certainly not up to the standards of many Eat Street Vietnamese restaurants. I did feel their prices were a bit high compared to other Vietnamese places.
A real gem. Very authentic, well prepared Vietnamese food. Had a rice noodle salad with stir-fried chicken. Nice balance of cucumber / mint / lettuce / carrot / peanuts in the salad. 5 stars for a very balanced, tasty, non-greasy, meal!
Wonderful. My family and I love vietnamese food! We just moved to Brooklyn Park, and found Phuong Trang. We now go once a week! Their Pho is awesome along with their spring rolls and veitnamese egg rolls. We havn’t found a single thing on the menu we don’t like. Portions are huge and service is fast and friendly.
Little place but grate food and service on of the best pho restaurants in Minnesota.
