Disappointing. The food is good, but far too expensive. They offer a wide variety of tap beer selections. The music is far too loud and is disruptive when trying to have a conversation. The management staff is beyond rude and most of the time totally absent sitting in a corner on a computer. The uptown location is fantastic, this was a huge disappointment.
Greasy vat of tasteless food. My heart thanks me for never going there again …
I thought the food was good. We did however find the enviornment TOO noisy. We had to eat out on the patio
Not impressed and overpriced. Better value elsewhere. I’d heard how good this place was from a couple of people so I was excited to try it. Went with my husband and 3 kids. We went on a Sat night and it was packed, I was glad to have made reservations online. We have 2 older children and a toddler(highchair) and we felt cramped, but it wasn’t horrible. We ordered the kids meals with our drinks and those came very quickly. Good grill cheese but my kids didn’t like the fries. Our meals on the other hand did not come quickly. My husband and I did not understand since we ordered burger and fries..isn’t that all they are making basically? We got the fry tower thing and I really liked the sweet potato fries and my husband liked the waffle fries. My husband had the hangover burger which he liked and I had the plain burger jones burger. I was not impressed. For a place known for it’s burgers, the plain burger should stand on it’s own but it definitely was nothing special. Also overcooked for medium well. All in all, decent food but way overpriced. Service is slow and they nickel and dime you for everything. My husband was charged for a refill on his pop. We will not be returning, much better values and dining experience at other restaurants close by.
Good but not THAT good for the price. My husband and I went here late on a Sunday afternoon. Even though they had 5+ empty tables, we had to wait to be sat because they apparently don’t have any bussers. The waiters have to clean the tables themselves so they sit there dirty while folks are waiting to eat. That being said, once we were sat I thought we were served in decent time. I really liked my burger, but didn’t think the ‘fancy’ cheese at $1.50 extra was worth it. I also really liked the fries, but I love crispy fry bits. My husband said the parmesan fries were NOT worth $3.00 extra — they were just waffle fries with cheese sprinkled on top. The bottom line is we enjoyed our food, but we enjoy other places too that aren’t that expensive. My husband’s beer was $2.00 more than The Bulldog, and you can get GREAT burgers and fries there.
The food is good, but it took forever for our food to come. The resturaunt wasn’t even that busy
Please, don’t spend you’re money here!. Went here for my birthday and everyone was served cold/luke warm burgers, after waiting an hour. I also didn’t appreciate having to pay extra for cheese…veggies…fries. Kind of a bummer to have to pay up for average burgers. I had the veggie burger and I’d rather just make the bean burger patty at home myself.
