It’s ok. Every time I gave this place a chance, the wait staff has let me down. On two occasions, they had only one waitress working who let us know that service would be slow because they only had one person working the floor. More hurried and less friendly than I would like. I think their chili is great and brisket pretty good, but have not gone back because the service leaves me feeling like a burden rather than a customer.
Traveling on business and stumbled on this place. I’m not sure I’ve ever had better barbecue and it doesn’t hurt that it has a neighborhood bar feel. If I didn’t have to get up at 4 am I would have stayed for karaoke. The brisket was smoked for 24 hours, lean and wonderful. The sausage was perfect with some terrific stout mustard (homemade) on the side. The Mac an cheese side was absolutely delectable, and the habanero sauce was beyond belief. Wow!!!!!!!
Went here for lunch today. It might have decent if the food was fresher, but all I got was dried up leftovers from last night. They should also consider changing the oil in the fryer, blech.
Some of the best BBQ Ive ever had, brought both my kids and wife. The ribs were great, pork was good, bread was cut thickly an delicious, and the fries were awesome. If you like smoked foods this is a good place to go!
