Suprised and anger. I was really excited when i heard a Broadway Pizza was coming to town! I wked for a Broadway Pizza as my first job and wked their for 4 years. I am a huge fan of there pizza and food, as a fact…i did not like pizza at all until i wked there. Either way i have ordered from this location many times, and yet most of the time they mess up.Not only that but when you order online, it automaticly charges you more until the business day ends…but ive been charged twice on more than one occation. What makes this experience worse is i tried to talk to the management and they were understanding until the last time my order was wrong. Ive talked to the same manager everytime something had gone wrong, and i told her my order had been wrong, and she stated she would send me something in the mail. 3 weeks later nothing, i know that my order has been messed up a number of times, but im begining to believe this manager thinks im all wrong. Ive been in the restaurant industry for 15 years and im 26. I have fixed up stores, and managed for 7 of those years. Sorry to say but i have never had so many mess ups on my orders from one company, and the only reason i gave so many chances was my love for Broadways food. I would not recommend anyone to order from this place…if you crave broadway there is one in robbinsdale that delivers too. Horrible management, and orders never correct!
