Delicious Breakfast. Great little breakfast place with a diner feel. Food is done perfectly every time and served by a friendly staff. Delicious fluffy omelets made to order. I recently had the diced ham, cheese, onions and pepper omelet with a little hollandaise sauce on the side. Yum! Always a home run. Great service! Great food! I love breakfast!
Nice Place. The place is small but well kept. We went on a Saturday morning around 8:30 and the place appeared to be packed. They found a small table for us and it worked well. The waitress was very friendly! The food was good and the portions were large. Another reviewer said plenty of coffee, they keep the cups full-that it an understament. I don’t think my cup every got below half full, they were so prompt with the coffee refills. We will be going back. (By the way, we like Fat Nat’s too, but this a nice place with good food, large portions, and friendly people – give it a try.)
Nothing special.. Average breakfast fare, new owners cleaned up and spruced up the place with decor from a restaurant supply store (no character). Friendly service though and fairly priced. It’d be nice if there were one or two menu items that were interesting and different than every other breakfast joint in the midwest. There’s not much choice in the area but I’d head to Fat Nat’s in New Hope instead.
Great Breakfast. Large breakfast menu, many good sounding omelettes and combinations. Big portions, very good coffee and plenty of it. The cook does a nice job, the food looks good. Belgian Waffles only on the weekends. …New place in 2012. Clean and Tidy. Easy parking, clean restrooms, minimal restaurant din. They are in the spot where Eggies Cafe used to be – and trying to re-establish the reputation.
