A lot of these reviews appear to be old…. Casper’s is fantastic. We go there several times a week for happy hour after work, and often for business lunches as well. The service from most of the servers is phenomenal, the happy hour specials are great, the lunch is quick and delicious, with nicely sized portions.
Service was terrible!! Waited over 5-7 minutes to be seated. The old cherokee was amazing and the new one is bad. Not worth it
Great time. Tasty eats!. Took the folks there for a Sunday brunch and had a great time. The newer decor provides a nice and relaxing ambiance. The older layout was a bit dated so their new remodel is a welcome upgrade. The food was great and service was spot on. I noticed the staff was simply more professional than in the past. Pleasant meal and nice afternoon eats with the parents!

Very Strange. The food was very, very strange. I had the pasta basilica and my wife had Dorthey’s Chicken salad. My pasta was near uneatable with near pure chicken and the pasta sitting in what can only be described as soup. I don’t know if it was a pasta dish (like the menu said) or was it soup but it was not good. The chicken salad had the consistency of cat food and the taste was not much better although I’ve had cat food before so I can only guess. My salad came with the dressing on the side — in a plastic pouch just like you’d see with a salad you’d get at the gas station and the salad was actually worse the gas station salad. The service was fine but I won’t be back again.
Love this place. Over the years we’ve been to the West St.Paul & Eagan location many times. The food and great service keep us coming back, but the crab is the best I’ve had anywhere, it’s always perfect!
