Special soup. I have been a fan of crystal jade for a few months. There food is good and it arrives in a timely manner. But today I found metal in my soup. METAL!! I called the delivery driver and he was very gracious and apologetic and told me he would talk to his supervisor ASAP and get it straightened out. He called me back and said they would credit me a soup on my next order. My next order? Why would I order from somewhere that has metal in their soup. Then he said they would refund my soup. Well I ordered two other things as well. How do I know those don’t have metal in them? I told him they could keep their $4. A restaurant is nothing without good customer service.
For whatever reason this restaurants food seems better when you have it delivered than when you eat it in the restaurant. I’ve ordered delivery several times and it was good food.
LONGTIME EAGAN RESIDENT. I was extremely disappointed in this restaurant for several reasons. #1, Do not go there if you plan on eating at the restaurant. Plastic forks, paper plates and no tea, either hot or cold. #2, I ordered Sweet & Sour. I have never had this dish from any oriental restaurant where it did not include vege’s and chunks of pineapple plus the sauce was served on the side and not mixed in to the food. Finally, #3, The fried rice was the lamest tasting dish I have ever had.anywhere. Not even soy sauce could help this stuff. There are a lot better choices to eat Chinese food in Eagan area than this restaurant.
Average American-Chinese. Had the steamed dumplings, OK but not the greatest.
Gross. Not good flavors, questionable quality ingredients. Not recommended.
Best Chinese food in South metro. Always cooked to order. Very fresh! I love this place.
