I used to really like this place. But, the last couple of times, to service has been poor (no offer to refill drinks for example) and the buffet line has been a huge mess. Don’t think I’ll be back.
Worst mongolian bbq ever. This is the FIRST time I went to a mongolian bbq where it was ONE bowl only, this was not mentioned by the server OR on the menu. It took 15 minutes to even get the bowl to go make the bowl. It took 45 minutes to get a refill on my soda and ONLY after I asked for it. They rushed us out the door bringing us a to go box when we were still eating!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Very dirty. We used to come here quite frequently, but the service and atsophmere has gone way down hill. The restaurant ifs filthy, and employees do not seem to care. We have been very disappointed the past few times we have been in and will not be returning anytime soon
Food is good, service is terrible. Not worth it. Obnoxious waitress. Place is always deserted. I wonder if it’s going under?
Different type of Mongolian. I love Mongolian. This one is a little different. This is a chain from Texas, but what makes it different?1. Little cards with recipes to help you through2. Organization3. Dry seasonings4. Concentrated sauces that they add separately at the end5. An egg. Yup, choose this and they fry it up and then add it.6. A large choice of carbs (rice, noodles, etc.)7. One huge grill with order and process, it works like clockwork.8. Interesting angled bowl
