Not so good. Went to lunch yesterday while in town going to new outlet stores in Eagan. Ordered walleye po’ boy sandwich and when it came out it was foul smelling and when that happens with fish… that means it is not fresh. Told the hostess about the food being smelly.. commented on saying oh.. we sell a lot of fish.. she then went to kitchen and came back and said.. no its fresh. So I guess the customer is not right on this one even though I was correct. The hostess did nothing to change this to make it better for customer. Not the greatest move if you are trying to lure (no pun intend) in from local shops. She should of made the situation better. Will not be going back!
Delicious, old-school supper club atmosphere. I highly recommend. This is a great place if you have people to treat or impress. Good and wine are top-notch, and excellent service to boot.
We enjoy Jensen’s…very good food & service. On the 1 occasion our experience was less than enjoyable, Jensen’s went out of their way to make it right. It’s one of our favorite places.

Fantastic Dining in Eagan. We’ve always had a good experience at Jensen’s. The entrees are great (Steaks and shellfish especially), the servers are friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere sets the mood – good place for a romantic dinner. Their specials are good and they also have jazz & live music.
Trok. I thorougly enjoy myself at Jensen’s. The food is not your usual restaurant fair. The servers are very attententive and make your meal a treat.
Good , but not for large parties. We came here 2 years ago for my friends birthday, we were a party of 12 and we were seated and we placed our orders. the server messed up at least 5 orders, giving wrong temps for some of the meats and passing meals to wrong members of our group. My friend order a bacon wrapped filet mignon well done and it came out med rare, i ordered the prime rib medium and it was easily med rare also. The place was busy but when you have a larger group it seems like something is always wrong. The food was great served family style with the sides and the desserts were great. Also the drinks were great, i had a cosmo and it was like 15 dollars, but it was enough for 2 drinks.
