Hustle and bustle. The line was out the door- a good sign. Found a solitary seat at the counter. Got a menu and a coffee right away despite the busy atmosphere. Alfredo, the line cook is a cooking machine. Nonstop precision, cranking out plate after plate of grilled perfection. The clanking spatulas set an ambience of urgency as everyone plates and readies the meals. Alfredo personally delivers my eggs benidict with hash browns. Best EB I’ve ever had. Hash browns crispy. I highly recommend.
