Horrible service!!. Arrived about 11 pm. All bar stools are full but barely any tables. We sit patiently for about 9 min. Several waitress’s walk by….singing, grinding, even taking selfies!!! Are you serious?!?!? Maybe they need a lesson in customer service 101?? How do you completely ignore patrons and just take selfies and dance with other wait staff?? I am appalled with the service I received and will never step foot in that place again!! Whatever happened in the last 6 months needs to change before you run it in the ground!!
Awesome, every time! Steak tips appetizer, tons of beers on tap and good service. Also love the Artichoke dip with grilled pita. This place is my go to for the warmer months. Never had an issue.
Much Much Better. When the Lone Oak Grill opened we saw the reviews and steered clear. We have been there twice in the last couple of months and I love it. The service was great, the menu is very diverse and the food was delicious and fast. we like the appetizer steak bites. Today we tries the Asian lettuce wraps with peanut dip – pretty good. And a special off of the side menu, pasta with spicy sausage, peas. peppers and red sauce – delicious. And the pork ribs. They were very good and the beans were great. Good drinks too. I think they make their own whiskey. Oh yea, I got the Jambalaya to go for leftovers. Love this place.
Had an excellent Jumbalya. Had just the right bite to it. Lots of meat. Far more than I could eat in one sitting. Prices are good and the place was packed. Always a good sign.
Food was good, but a bit pricey. Service was friendly, but slow. We decided to go there again on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was quiet and there were many open tables. We were told it would’ve a 20 min wait because there was not enough staff and they were getting angry they had to wait on so many tables. Not worth waiting for.
Great Food, Fast and Friendly Service. Kacey was our server and made sure all our needs were met. She recommended the Buffalo Nachos – great choice. Great beer selection. Management was very accommodating. We are visiting from Canada during the Grey Cup. They made sure that the game was televised for us 🙂
Good…. but $$. Overall our meal was good, but for the price I would expect phenomenal. The atmosphere is great. The inside dcor and outdoor patio is great. For once a place with nice comfortable outdoor chairs. The patio is spacious, comfortable and has both bean bag and bocce courts set up. We could hear live music coming from inside. Now to the food and drink – the drink menu was pretty big and impressive, but on the spendy side. Unless you are getting cheap American beers (pabst, grain belt) plan on spending $6-9 per drink. The menu has a great variety of everything from barbeque to creole to Lucys and wraps. My steak sandwich was really good and tender, but a little spendy at $16. I’m also not a fan of seasoned French fries. If I wanted extra flavor on my fries I would’ve order the sweet potato fries. My husband’s catfish po’boy was good but there was more bun than fish. The food is good, and I plan on coming back to try more dishes, but I’m not sure if the value is in all the dishes. (burgers and lucys are $11-13) For 2 sandwiches, a beer and a soda, we spent over $40. Server was really good and food and drinks came fast.
