Patrick, the manager, is a racist pig! I tried to re-order a pizza over the phone because when the driver delivered the one I ordered on line, he didn’t have change for $100. So he took my food and left, then called me back to say he could come back in (another) 45 min or I could cancel. I chose to cancel, because my son had waited long enough to eat. So I call Sarpinos and ask if they have any drivers that carry change for $100. Patrick said the driver’s normally don’t carry that much money (even though there’s nothing warning customers of that anywhere on the website!), but they could do it if it was planned in advance. I told him I wanted to plan it then. Patrick then said I had already wasted the 1st driver’s time (yeah, it was ALL MY FAULT the drivers don’t carry adequate change!!!) and they wouldn’t be able to return to me tonight. So he refused to accommodate me or take my order. He said they had too many orders. I said at 5:42pm you have too many orders? He said yes. Mind you, Sarpinos doesn’t close until Midnight. I am also a well know customer having often complained about this particular Sarpinos rotten customer service. Here I am again, complaining about their crappy service. For the last time.
