  Yah us crazy Minnesotans its -10 out and I decided to stop for Frozen yogurt for lunch! It’s noon so I pop in quickly for a couple of dishes before I head to work. I asked for sample cups and the young lady said we don’t have any. Really come on normally I can get a couple. They always have new flavored that I want to try. Then she told me that you no longer pay by the weight. Really that’s crazy good for me since it’s usually over $15 for my dish of ice cream. BUT if I were dieting that would suck! So I grab a dish super excited knowing I am going to save money and belly up to the same old tired worn out flavors since you can’t try new ones at this location. As I am opening the arm of the serving machine to a some rich think creamy goodness in my bowl, I am presented with nothing but a sticky liquify mess! Ahh talk about a let down ! Causing my hands and bowl etc to become sticky. Uck I complained and the young lady said there should be no problem. Really do you see my bowl ? So I tried again each flavor had a sticky mess. Ugh finally after serval attempts and very stick fingers and a rude lady I got a small dish of yogurt. If she would have helped maybe it wouldn’t have been so bad. As I was checking out she’s not wanting to touch these icky sticky dishes and said to me I still need to put in the breathers (what on earth is that) can you touch these dishes so I don’t get nasty. Really I said to her hmm what’s your name so I can talk to your manager she said Layla but I am the manger. Wow then do your job and be ready when you open and if it’s a sticky hot mess don’t make the customer take care of it you should. I gave this place a two because service STUNK but the cold creamy velvety taste is superb it my world. Just to bad your not allowed to try new flavors abs have to have crappy service. The whip cream was out as well
