Great find!. I stopped here for gas and decided to grab dinner to go. I ordered the chicken kabab with greek salad and hummus as sides and it was fabulous. The chef behind the counter was also very nice and polite. I would highly recommend a stop here.
A Hidden Gem. You won’t eat here for the ambience, but the gyros are fantastic, especially for the price. The fries were tasty, too. Nice option for a quick lunch.
Avoid, not Greek. This is not authenic Greek food. Taste and flavor are from some place other than Greece. Food is sold under Greek names on menu and even looks like it may be Greek. One taste is enough to realize these owners know nothing about Greek foods, flavors or preperation. Food is not served at correct temperature either. Workers did not seem interested in serving food, money laundering operation?
Great Find!. I’ve read mixed reviews but wanted to check this place out because I love Greek food. I’ve been there twice now in the last couple weeks. The first time I tried the lamb gyro sandwich which was amazing. Not sure about the other reviews complaining about no meat because mine was loaded and the lamb was cooked very nicely and tasted delicious! The second time in I tried the chicken gyro sandwich. It tasted very good but the chicken was a little on the dry side. I would recommend either but definitely give the lamb gyro 2 thumbs way up!
Terrible. This is the worst gyro I ever had. They barely give you any meat and load up on the lettuce. It doesn’t matter cause the meat was not good anyways. Also the meat tasted old and not fresh. It was the worst gyro I ever had.
Trust me… this is not a place that you would pull off the road to visit from just driving by. It is located in a strip mall, in a gas station. There is NOTHING about the building that would give away the hidden gem inside. I have lived and worked in Eden Prairie for seven years and never even thought to eat here. There are literally hundreds of restaurants around my office and this wasn’t even on my radar. BUT… all that has changed! With a recommendation from a co-worker, I thought I would try it out. DELICIOUS!!!!!!! I have now been there twice. First time, I got the spicy gyro with a side salad. The gyro was absolutely the best gyro I have EVER had! The salad was gigantic and I ended up only eating a few bites because the gyro was PLENTY! The pita was soft – the meat was crispy and flavorful. The sauce and veggies were perfect. It was fantastic!I went back for lunch today and tried the Philly Gyro. JUST AS GOOD! The philly peppers and provolone were a nice change and the meat was, once again, delicious! I got the fries on the side (as if I didn’t learn my lesson the first time, and had almost finished them by the time I got back to the office – which is why there are some missing from the picture! 🙂 They were crispy and delicious and the seasoning on them is very good.Finally, the staff! Everyone that works there is SOOOOOO nice and welcoming. Everytime I leave, I feel like I have made a new friend. You can tell that they take pride in their business and want everyone to leave satisfied.SO… if you can get over the fact that you are in a gas station in a strip mall in Eden Prairie, PLEASE give this place a chance… it is 100% DELICIOUS!!!
Good experience. My kabab took a long time but it was crispy and flavorful. My Greek salad came with dressing on the side. My spouse’s gyros was also good, so he said. I will go back.
