This was one of the first Indian Restaurant I went to in Minneapolis. They have a different variety of Dosa’s like Mickey Dosa and very funny they sound. The food was decent.
Authentic Indian Food, with a good mix of North and South Indian food. I went for Lunch with a colleague and I just loved the choices on the buffet menu. Idli/Sambhar with Idli Podi and Coconut Chutney, Aaloo Bonda, Eggplant Curry, Daal, Kadhi, 2 types of Biryani and several other dishes that I don’t remember exactly. But everything I ate was cooked well with right amount of spices in true Indian style. Ambience is good for Lunch or Dinner family buffet and the prices very reasonable for such a large spread. I hear they change the spread often and therefore, it’s probably worth visiting every few weeks to get a good all round experience. I would definitely recommend if you love Indian Food or would love to try some.
Cheating on price. Beware.. They cheat on price.. Which means what is shown on menu is no what you pay. Been here so many times never cared to verify.. But on two occasions random once.. I found that they charged more than what was mentioned on the menu card for the dish. On confronting the staff was not at all apologetic and took my 45 minutes post dinner to convince them and change the bill. They have been doing the price spike randomly and have been cheating customers for long now.Check your receipt. The night just add a dig u never ordered and spike the prices for some penny gain.. Bad nd unethical business
Love this place. Great South Indian food! Try the buffet to taste everything. Come back for the paneer, if you didn’t try it. Grocery store, next door has all the ingredients to make your own Indian at home.
One of my favorite places to eat Indian food. The buffet is delicious and the staff are always very attentive.
Very Pleased!. This was our first time. We had dinner there tonight with a Meetup group. This is the best Indian food we’ve had since we were in Mumbai (Bombay). My husband had chicken 65 and it tasted exactly as it should have. We liked our waiter, the ambiance was nice, and the food did not disappoint. I’m having the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. 🙂 We will definitely be back – which is saying a lot since it’s a 35-40 minute drive from our house on the east side of the Metro!
Lunch Buffet. I’ve only been here for the lunch buffet. I enjoyed the variety and the spice! The waiter was kind and attentive. I was a confused for a few seconds what door was the entrance but quickly recovered after walking in and seeing how nicely the restaurant is decorated.
