Impressed. It was our 2nd time coming here. 1st time took almost an hour to be seated but we both agreed it was worth the wait. We were treated very well. This time we were seated right away. It seems to be always busy. Our waiter was awesome. Took good care of us. After waiting more than 40min for our food, we received a complimentary dessert to tie us over until our food arrived. Needless to say, he got a bonus in his tip. I will most definitely go back. They know how to take care of their customers.We read the reviews for this place. I am glad we decided to try it out. Everybody has their own opinions. I just hope that doesnt deter anyone else from trying it for themselves.
Service was sooooo slow. Wont go back. 20 minutes for a drink order on a Wednesday? ! Come on.
Outstanding. I’ve been to sushi places around the United States and Osaka is one of the best in regard to fresh fish, clean environment and friendly staff knowledgeable staff. Perhaps they’ve had their challenges in the past with staff but I’ve been there numerous times now and each time I’m pleased with service and quality. Perfect for groups as well as couples.
Excellent Sushi. I ate at the sushi bar. The service was great and the food was outstanding. I went back there the next night and will be back again very soon.This sushi is fresh.
In love with their amazing food!! Usually always have coupons and have a favorite server ‘sharon’!! Highly recommend =)
Not a good experience. We had a reservation for 5 for 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. We arrived on time and were not seated at a table until 8:30 pm. During that time we couldn’t even get a drink at the bar – the bartenders were busy with others and ignored our group at the end of the bar.The hostess had no idea of who was waiting or when their original reservations were. At one point she asked us, the customers, who she should seat first.When we finally did get seated, the waiter was friendly but clearly overworked. It took forever to get our drinks. It also took forever for the Hibachi chef to arrive to our table. At that time, they decided to reshuffle the tables and moved people from our table to another and others from the other to ours – this, of course, took even more time. By the time the chef started cooking, we were starving! The performance was pretty lack luster honestly and with how long we waited it would have had to be spectacular to raise our spirits. The good thing was the prices were not too bad for Hibachi.
