Great Gluten Free Pasta? What?!?!?! I can’t eat gluten, which is so sad because I love pasta and pizza. But guess what I found? A charming and awesome place with delicious gluten free pasta and flatbread! I couldn’t be more thrilled. The decor is funky charming and cool, the food is delicious and the service is friendly and kind. I will be back-thank you for the GF options!They also have a 2nd location in the Eden Prairie Mall food court.
If you like good alfredo, I would avoid. The alfredo reminds me of those cheap canned alfredos you can buy in your local target grocery isle.Real alfredo is made from half and half and parmesan and can break in an environment like this so I sort of understand, but my meal was 10 bucks.The peas were also slightly less than el dente so they were kind of hard.Honestly this feels like a cheap meal I could have made at home for half the cost.They need fresher parmesan and other things. For 12 bucks (two dollars more than my meal) I could have eaten at a restaurant where they make the alfredo per order from scratch.
Delicious GF food. The fact that they have gluten free options, and is located right in the food court, makes this place so perfect for me. It is rare for someone who has Celiac disease to be able to pick up lunch so quickly and conveniently. Their food is absolutely phenomenal and I could eat lunch here every day. Friendly staff too.
Outstanding!. Pasta Zola is a breath of fresh pasta in today’s food scene dominated by convenient locations with compromised quality or good food served with a side of snobbery. The food is prepared fresh and served in generous portions that you’ll end up taking home and enjoying for a second time. It’s rare that you find a place offering delicious food of high quality…and at incredibly reasonable prices. You can feed the whole family, even picky eaters, and still afford the overpriced movie tickets at AMC across the hall. This is my family’s go-to every time we’re at EP Mall. We’re trying to make our way through the menu, but there’s so many choices that I can only speak for about a quarter of what they offer. Even so, everything has been tremendous! I’ve found that the employees are most often related to the owners, whether your server is Kris or Mitch, or one of their kids. They are always extremely friendly and helpful in picking out a dish. Definitely give this place a shot.
Quick, fresh pasta. Great concept for a fast meal at the EP Mall. Four types of pasta, several sauces and add-ins. I had the corkscrews with alfredo/basil pesto sauce and sausage. My husband had rigatoni with the smooth red sauce, meatballs (3) and sausage. My only regret is that I didn’t get the larger size! The pasta was cooked perfectly and both sauces were very flavorful. I thought the amount of sausage included was very generous. My husband enjoyed the meatballs as well.I will definitely be back to try the mac & cheese option!
Amazingly Fresh Pasta!. This place is great! Great pasta such as cheese tortellini, corkscrew pasta, whole wheat pasta and others. The food is always fresh to the customer! The sauces are wonderful! You can choose your own such as their marinara which is freshly made or one of their pesto fusions which are delicious. I highly recommend this place. Not expensive but still great food!
