Bad Service and terrible reheated food. The waitress was TERRIBLE. I have never had worse service. She ignored us while she took the order…how is that possible? The food was really bad too…obviously just thrown in the microwave to reheat it. We will never return.
We tried them again and the service was horrible. The waitress didnt know the daily special that is the same every week so we ordered something different. The food was just as bad as the waitress!!!!! The waitress needs to find a new profession!!
Waiter!. I will say this at the Bierstube in Hastings,MN it is a hit and miss. Sometimes you’ll get a great waitress and sometimes you’ll get a terrible waitress. Every time I go there I always get a terrible waitress, I don’t know if it is because I didn’t tip them or what but if i get crappy service you can forget the tip. It’s absurd to think that because you were rude to me that I’ll leave you a couple bucks, no I’ll leave you my two cents is what I’ll leave.. and I will leave two pennies!
So so. I have been here a ton of times…thanks to my folks dragging me there. the food? good…yet kinda bland. its good food, but once you have had it once, it feels like you never want it again. one really bad thing about this stube is the wait staff. alot of crabby waitress. although there is one very nice lady there. i will also give them props for showing all the ufc ppvs for free. in the end though….its just ok.
Nothing special. The food took a long time to come, including the appetizer. Their garlic toast is supposed to be a hit, but it’s nothing more than a bun covered in garlic salt, extra heavy on the salt. It was painful to eat any of it. The rueben’s were dry, lacked meat and cheese.
