Worst Mothers Day.. As a former server I am willing to forgive a great deal of things. However, my mother’s day meal at Machine Shed was a disaster. Myself, my mother, and my grandmother all agree it was a terrible experince. Brand new server, 50 min wait for food, terriable brisket, never saw a manager to remidy the fact that I reciveved the wrong meal, but saw him in the parking lot complaining about the day. I will never return, with so many other options, why would I.
Not worth it… Waitress was snotty. Chicken fingers were over priced.. 3 small chicken fingers and fries for $15.. I have had better chicken fingers store bought. Service was slow. Had to ask for a refill every time. Not worth the price.
Never again. Worst. Service. Ever. Went with my daughter for appetizers and desserts. Told this to the waitress, who disappeared after dropping off the appetizers and never took our dessert order. We waited nearly an hour for the check. When she returned, the leftovers were whisked away with no offer of a to go box, and we were barely able to get her back to leave out check. Food was nothing to get exited about. Will not be returning.
Very affordable, good-sized portions, and tasty. All of that with great service. Ate here four times during our stay at the hotel. Highly recommended.
What a joke!. The fact that there were only customers at 2 other tables at 6:00pm should have warned us about this place. It was so empty that the waiter to table ratio was 1:1. It started off with the beer special, a pint of Coors Light for $3. When our waitress brought the beer out, it was a 12oz bottle. Last time I checked a pint is 16 oz. Next she screwed up two more drink orders. It took about 20 minutes for us all to finally get our correct drinks. After we made a comment about how long it had taken to get our drinks, our waitress disappeared due to embarrassment. Our new waiter seemed more experienced but still screwed everything up. After we placed our food order, we waited about 45 minutes until our food actually came out. The waiter totally forgot to place my wife’s order which he admitted to when he brought everyone else’s dinners out. Luckily, he did not charge us for her food.My lemon pepper cod was overpowered with lemon pepper and extremely salty. Everyone else’s food was decent though. Lastly, when we received our check, it was all messed up and so we had to wait again for that to then be corrected. We will definitely not be returning.
Okay food, terrible service. If you have more than two people to your party, this is a good place to go. Something for everyone, but as a lot of folks have said, the service SUCKS. Put a smile on your face and pretend like you want me to pay your paycheck. Also agreed regarding spicing: teach your chefs how to add flavor to food without salt.
Food Good.. Service NOT. First off I have to say that the food here is better than steaks over at outback. there usually is not a wait.. also the portions are great.. I have dined here several times over the last couple of years. and my Only gripe is with the service.. It Sucks….
