The Carbone’s in Lakeville is a great place ! Great food…. Reasonable Prices. You can afford to take your whole family out for dinner !Happy Hour Specials ! Appetizer’s are just the right size !Artichoke dip…..hmmmm good!I personally love their Angus Burgers and Chicken sandwiches.My Husband loves Cobb Salads and their Pasta dishes!Salads … always fresh vegetables and lettuce. I hate soggy old lettuce.Try the deep dish pizza …..takes a little longer to cook, but worth the wait !I still wish they had Brownie Sundaes! Cheesecake is delicious! so I’m Happy !Lot’s of Big screen TVs to watch your favorite sports …..maybe more golf!and Nascar Races! Very busy Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights…. but get there early and there is plenty room and fast service. I would recommend this place …… and I hear a Patio is coming soon……if it ever warms up !!!!

Horrible Pizza. Ordered a Small Special Pizza and a Sausage Calzone on 4-30-13. The delivery service was prompt but after that everything went downhill. My Calzone was burned on the bottom and virtually tasteless. It was full of cheese that the second it cools turns into rubber bands and there was maybe 6 small pieces of sausage. The crust in the middle of the pizza was raw. Again the cheese on the pizza when cooled turned hard as a rock and when you bit into a piece the fillings of the pizza came out the other end. Absolutely nothing about these 2 items had taste nor worth the price we paid for them. Try using REAL mozzarella cheese and please find a crust that tastes like something other than cardboard.
Too loud music during football game. My husband and I brought our kids for pizza and to watch a little of the Vikings game. However, the music in this place for a Sunday afternoon was inappropriate. Way way to loud, couldn’t hear each other at our table. Hip Hop music should be played on Friday or Saturday nights. Our pizza was good, but will not be returning if they keep this kind of music and volume up. Very very disappointed.09 Jul, 2012Need new chef or cooks. My family went to carbones for fathers day 2012. First of all, the pizza is always good, but some of us wanted to try something new and different. What a mistake, the nachos were so bland, meat and cheese only, with a small side of salsa and sourcream. My reuben was the worst reuben ive ever had in my 45 years. The meat was so tough i could barely bit into the sandwich. I had to cut the sandwich with a knife to eat it. The lasagna was good along with the garlic bread it came with. The penne pasta my mom ordered was also ok. Nothing great. If you want anything other than pizza, go somewhere else. You can not go wrong with the Carbones pizza !!!!!

I agree with the poor service at Carbone’s Lakeville. The bar and TV’s are all the place has going for it with regard to service. The wait staff is short-handed, and in our experience, often in a bad mood.If you decide to avoid the bad service by having it delivered, good luck with placing your order. You’ll talk to an 18 yr old hostess who’s been there long enough to sign her W4 and change into the tshirt. On the upside, the food is generally pretty good.
