Horrible experience. Ordered ala cart because of celiac disease we aren’t able to have sides. Ordered simply veggies w chicken and rice. Service was horrible, sat for 1/2 hour b4 we were approached. Bill came and it was charged regular price which includes app, soup/salad. We ordered ala cart and made it clear to server why we were doing it. Asked about bill and she said we ordered double meat that’s why it was so expensive!!! Really, double meat?! I said pls re-ring as ala carte. She re rung as ala carte w DOUBLE meat!!! We never asked for extra meat, we asked for a simple side of veggies, meat and rice! Bill was MORE. Needless to say I will NEVR go back. Rude servers, poor service, marginal food. Language barrier doesn’t help when there is a problem. Not even a manager available who I could converse with. Horrible.
Our whole family really enjoyed it! Kids and I had hibachi and husband had sushi. He’s pretty hard to impress with sushi but he was happy with it. Portion sizes for hibachi were very large although I do think hibachi in general is way too expensive. That was the only negative. It’s definitely only for special occasions for us!
