  • Great Irish pub with cool little partitions to make intimate seating. Quite the night life at the bar but you can feel like you are in your own world …

  • In town for business, wanted to eat local.. waitress was nice.... food... lacking in flavor. Maybe we were just there on an off day with cooks.…

  • The Local is a fave of people working downtown. Super busy after work then it evens out. Fish and chips are the go to choice but lots of other options…

Being a vegetarian, I couldn’t try much so just ordered French fries and pretzels. But they do have some good options for vegetarians as well like burgers/salads.Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic.

Great food every time we go and fun wait staff! Highly recommend this place as a first pick if headed downtown to a show, just a few blocks to Orpheum and State Theaters. Walleye cakes, popovers, gnocchi, seafood pasta, BBQ ribs all great and the rotisserie chicken is THE BEST EVER!!

Great food, great atmosphere, amazing people. Had the veggie burger, kids had great meals, next time in Minneapolis will definitely come back.

Went here and it was happy hour so appetizers were 7$ each which was a nice surprise. Ordered the pulled pork sliders and the cup of soup. Both were awesome. Also tried a friends order of the chicken shooters which were great. A lot of things I would love to come back and try on the menu.

Love the place, cute little nooks to hang out in which gives nice private dining areas to pick from. Huge selection of beers. Food is pretty good, have done both breakfast and lunch and was happy with food but nothing on the menu is to die for.

Decent pub! It’s been almost a decade since I’ve found myself in an area with a proper watering hole such as this. The sausage rolls were exactly what I was expecting, the pot roast dinner was melt in your mouth delicious….and what’s more, they serve a cider there the proper way, with a good measure of ice in the pint glass like they do in Dublin! The waitstaff were quite on point, and due to the size of the place, we were able to just wander in a take a seat with no hassle and no line.. that’s the kind of place I like! Do yourself a favor, and order their house-made Irish Cream. It is like melted ice cream that gets ya lit, no lie!

We sat on the sidewalk patio here and it was great! Nice to have such a large patio on nice summer days. I had the Walleye sandwich and my boyfriend had fish and chips – amazing! I had their signature drink, which wasn’t for me, but they replaced it with something I liked better for no additional charge.
