Amazing!. This place is one of my favorites in the tc’s. Yes the homemade salsa is to die for, you can put it on everything! The one dish I get everytime, I forget the name but I believe its #18 on the menu is unbelievable. Sweet plantains, fried plantains that you dip in the salsa and ketchup similar to fries, steak, fried crackling pork belly, and sausage.. Holy **** I could kill for this! The cheese empanadas are also amazing.

I miss this place. I miss the homemade sauce, the giant plates of meat – all of them great… the calm and relaxed service… the laid-back atmosphere and the smiles of the staff. I miss the fried plantains that looked like coins of delicious starchiness. That little stew, the beans and rice, the salad… the ceviche. It all sounds plain, I know. But look, this is food made with a bit of heart. So if the grey skies got you down, stop in for a pick me up. It’s great for when you want to go out and relax with other hungry friends. My favorite plate would have to be the Bandera plate, just for the record.

Delicious authentic Latin cuisine. Service can be a bit slow so don’t be in a rush. It was much better last time I went though. Try their homemade hot sauce! Fabulous rice and beans. RICO!
